On Saturday, December 9th at the MAAC in Valparaiso.  Firefighters, company officers, and chiefs are gathering to discuss the critical issues and concerns that are facing us, America’s firefighters. A cadre of experienced presenters are coming to share their perspectives and thoughts and to learn yours. The state of the profession on operations, cancer, training, mental health and how these all blend into our day to day mission will be reviewed. This is a unique opportunity and one that will provide insight, propose solutions, challenge assumptions and most importantly create a new professional network for all who attend. The space is limited and the participants will be able to have ample time to interact and build the foundation for the direction and course of the fire service locally and beyond.
